Ong Teong Wan Ong Teong Wan has trained professional, technical, executive and administrative personnel of all levels. His training participants come from multi-national companies, SME's, local and international non-profit organisations, government bodies and statutory boards. He has been a member of the Economic Development Board and National Productivity Board in Singapore, pioneer President of the Singapore Training and Development Association, and is designated a Fellow of the Singapore Human Resource Institute for eminence in his field. He was accorded a Friend of Labour Award by the National Trades Union Congress for his contributions to the labour movement in Singapore. He is currently Hon Advisor to STADA. He was Area Training Manager of National Semi-Conductor (SEA) and Group Director (Human Resources) of the Union Carbide Group of Companies in Singapore. He pioneered Corporate In-House Training for SIM and was Principal Consultant, then Consulting Partner in SIM from 1984 to 2010. He sits as Independent Director on listed companies in Singapore, chairing and serving on Audit and Remuneration Committees. Ong Teong Wan is the author of Results Management published by John Wiley in 2010. | Jayan Warrier
Jayan has more than 20 years of regional industry (including MNC) experience. This includes the areas of management, performance consulting, training needs analysis, training development, training delivery, and impact studies. Jayan is a Trainer, Facilitator and Certified Action Learning Coach, and he designs organisation development interventions in the areas of leadership development, problem solving and talent development. Jayan holds the position of Associate Director at The World Institute for Action Learning Singapore (WIALS). In this capacity, he has worked with organisations like F&N, Ministry of Defense, SIM University, Singapore Police Force, Singtel, DSM Foods, Microsoft, Ministry of Education, and Singapore Prison Services. Jayan is also an adjunct lecturer with Ngee Ann Polytechnic and SIM University. Jayan holds a Master of Arts in Human Resource Development (MAHRD) awarded by the George Washington University, and a degree in Computer Sciences from University of Kerala, India. Jolynn has over 25 years of operational experience in areas like banking and finance, publication and distribution, import and marketing of packaging products, as well as training and education. She has designed and delivered programmes on minute writing, report writing, business and technical writing, phonetics and spoken English, presentation skills, and customer service skills. Jolynn holds a Master of Arts in Human Resource Development (MAHRD) awarded by the George Washington University, a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBBA) majoring in Marketing awarded by the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Applied Linguistics awarded by the RELC.
